Regular Membership

Our Regular Membership option is for any reputable individual, sole proprietorship, corporation or partnership primarily engaged in the business of arranging, originating, selling, and/or collecting/servicing trust deed loans in the state of California.

Affiliate Membership

Our Affiliate Membership option is for any reputable individual, sole proprietorship, corporation or partnership who provide products and services that support CMA members. Affiliate Members do not have voting rights.

Educational Membership

Our Educational Membership is open to non-threshold brokers and sales individuals (negotiate less than 10 loans in twelve months), as well as individuals who wish to attend CMA seminars but are not licensed brokers. Educational Members do not have voting rights.
